mamak day

jia, sook teng and zi yan came over to my college today to visit me. so nice of them yea. king was supposed to come along, but then his grandma got admitted to the hospital so...

oh well, its fine. so we walked around college quite sesatly. ( of cuz not sesat for me, cuz i am familiar with the place what. haha.) finally settled down at the cafeteria to have a drink and pretzels and more chit-chatting. haha. thats what gurls do yea. =p

and i did my oral presentation today. luckly it was just a trial round, i didnt even know bout it, neither did i prepare, and i was number two. 2!! what a great number. ish. so yup, as expected, i did horribly terrible. like seriously horrendous. =( it did spoilt my mood a lil. gosh. there's another one tmr, i better not screw it up. pray to God.

well. the weekend was wel spent in pd doing kayaking! sounds so fun yea. like what i thought it will turn out. hot sunny weather with salty sea water with lovely breeze, calm sea.. but no..

ended up we had rough waves (whiich literally make our kayaking so so so much tougher) , instead of hot sunny sun we had a downpour of rain, and i got all sea sick and tired..

funniest thing of all, my kayak got stuck in the rocks. hah! yup. so ended up i got so many lil lil scratches on the bottom of my feet now, which hurts so much. And we didnt make it to our destination ( an island supposedly), but we reached a nearer smaller island. Shivering cold, clad with only sleeveless top and shorts plus a life jacket, sitting out in the rain. haha. had cold bread with tuna mayo for lunch, under the rain.

though it sound so horrible, i kinda savour the moment now. yup,it was definitely bitter cold on the island with no protection, it definitely will be a lifetime experience i will treasure. =) Thank the Lord for keeping each and everyone of us safe and sound though the sea was so rough. ( one kayak did capsized, while one really got stuck till they made a hole in the kayak and needed the lifeboat to safe them, while one drifted so so far away. ) so it wasnt as simple as it sound.

okie, i gtg back to my research project plus preparation for my oral presentation tmr, dun wanna screw up nemore. plus i m going for futsal tmr! =) ciaozz peeps.

today's italy and australia. haha. go aussies!

the man of my house

hah. i am not in my top mood and my eyes are pretty droopy cuz of lack of sleep so this entry will be short. real short. =) and today is really a special day for fathers. so...

BLESSED FATHER'S DAY!!

thank you daddy dearest for being such a wonderful daddy. tho i dissapoint you lots of times you never failed to love and care for me, providing me with all i need and for trusting me even though i am so untrustworthy at times. i love you daddy. *muacks*

the madness of football.

oh yes. football fever on with lots of droopy eyes and semangated spirit over the countries they support. i am really really very impressed on how one black-and-white ball with 22mens can impact the whole wide world. *very very impressed* well, i personally am not a football fanatic, and i do not insult football or find them boring,and yes i do not mind and find it rather enjoyable to watch a few matches, especially those with germany and england and holland. haha. and yes, i partly support germany (no specific reason tho).

but i guess ppl watch football for the excitement. yes, football is exciting because it is so unpredictable. yea, and most ppl are interested cuz they bet. oh well, or maybe it's just plain football. the talk of the month.

okay. enough of football. not a fan here. hehe. my holidays are gone! =( no more getting up late in the morns, lazing around having toooo much time to spend, going out shopping and movies with frens... oh well, the sad thing is that i fell sick during the hols! arghh!!! nvm, at least i got my bed to accompany me yea. =p

and i am stuck with a pile of workload! my research project is oh-so-stuck now. cuz of laziness. plain laziness. expected anyway. and i just hate the idea that we are forced to take moral studies for college. BORING BORING. yikez.

anyways, i wanna go watch tv. =) and all you football fans out there, have a great month watching and may your favourite team win! *hugz*
