Silver linings in her life*

fame and fortune. is that all the world cares about?

thats my point of view for today. judging from the way the world look at things, the super-materialistic world, its no wonder that people are searching for fame and fortune wherever they go. i dont mean that it is bad or whatsoever, but just the thought that ppl forget bout the basics in life just for the two things.

for instance, people start betraying each other and backstab each other, forgetting that love is a fundamental thing to have. without love among people, nothing in this world is really worth it. for money, people are willing to go to any extend to get it. doing all the bad things in the world, getting innocent people killed in the process of making money, what has the world become?

war's happening noe in lebanon, and snatch thief happening everywhere, cases of people murdered daily.. if only the world could wake up, that fame and fortune is not the only thing in the world. that once you die, all the money you have doesnt belong to you anymore, and all the fame you got, will be forgotten sooner or later. life is short, rather like a play on the stage, once your role is over, its over.

so think about the really important things in the world, the friends and family around you, people ever willing to be there for you, to cheer you up when you're down, to give a willing hand to pull you up, to share all the happiness with you. this is what i call real joy in life. =)

last saturday i went to giant with joseph. since i havent been seeing him for a supperb long time. lol. ate at kfc and i tried the new cheesy melts, which was supposed to be good.

well, my comment, it was quite okay i guess. (i am a cheese lover)
but it's pretty small and soggy.
i think mcdonalds foldover are better!

and some things happen over the weekend.
its not very good but at least its better for now.
